Catch the afternoon sun on the balcony of this middle floor apartment with views of the new Conference Centre and the bijilo Forest Park. The air conditioned bedrooms are furnished with large modern double beds and both have access to a balcony. There is free and fast internet throughout this lovely apartment which enables you to stay connected to the world. Other amenities include an equipped kitchen, a smart TV with loads of channels and regular cleaning. The large communal pool with free pool beds is just a few steps away.

The apartment is cleaned prior to arrival and is cleaned during your stay based on a twice a week rota, other cleanings are not included. Should you require any cleaning during your stay, please contact reception.
Smoking is not allowed inside, only on the balcony. Should you smoke inside, a fee of 200 Euro applies for cleaning the entire apartment.
We ask you to be environmental conscious and switch off all air conditioning units and other appliances when leaving the apartment, and not switch on the air conditioning with open windows/doors.

A 36 Euro charge for late checkout up to 6pm applies (subject to availability)
Any unusual breakages or damages, will be charged to you upon departure.
