Decorated and furnished to high standards, this middle floor, fully airconditioned apartment can be rented with use of 1 or 2 bedrooms. Enjoy the open plan living room with fitted kitchen, access to the balcony and the bedrooms.
Both bedrooms have a double bed and have a TV to stream your favourite series. Bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin. Free WiFi included. The large communal pool with free pool beds is just a few steps away.
Smoking is not allowed inside, only on the balcony. Should you smoke inside, a fee of 200 Euro applies for cleaning the entire apartment.
We ask you to be environmental conscious and switch off all air conditioning units and other appliances when leaving the apartment, and not switch on the air conditioning with open windows/doors.
Any unusual breakages or damages, will be charged to you upon departure.
Check in is possible from 2pm onwards. Check out is latest 12noon.
A late check out, subject to availability, is possible from 36 Euro
