Smoking is not allowed inside, only on the balcony. Should you smoke inside, a fee of 200 Euro applies for cleaning the entire apartment.
We ask you to be environmental conscious and switch off all air conditioning units and other appliances when leaving the apartment, and not switch on the air conditioning with open windows/doors.
Check in from 2pm onwards, check out latest 12 noon.
A late check out is possible, subject to availability, at a charge from 36 Euro
Any unusual breakages or damages, will be charged to you upon departure.
