From the balcony, the bedroom and living room you can enjoy views on the International Conference Center and the Bijilo Nature Forest Park. The beach is a short walk from the apartment. The open plan living room has a kitchen including among others washing machine and fridge/freezer. The bedroom has a double bed with en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin.
The apartment is cleaned prior to arrival, and twice a week. Should you require any cleaning during your stay, please contact reception, the charge is D190 per cleaning.
Smoking is not allowed inside, only on the terrace. Should you smoke inside, a fee of 200 Euro applies for cleaning the entire apartment.
Check in; after 2 pm Check out latest 12 noon.
A D 1000 charge for late checkout applies (subject to availability).
Any unusual breakages or damages, will be charged to you upon departure.
