Modern furnished apartment which can sleep up to 6 people (5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children), so ideal for families. All rooms of the apartment are fully air conditioned and all have access to a balcony. The apartment is located on the middle floor and enjoys the afternoon sun. Each bedroom has got a double bed. There is large wet room with walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet.
The apartment is connected to WiFi and has a large flat screen TV, so you don’t need to miss out on your favourite TV show or Netflix. The comfortable living room sofa can be converted into a double bed. The kitchen among others also has a washing machine.
When renting this apartment as a one-bedroom, you will only have access to the open plan living room, the wet room, the balcony and the master bedroom.
Around the communal pool you will find pool beds for your use.
This apartment can also be rented with the use of 1 bedroom only.
The sofa in the living room is convertable into a sofabed.
From the balcony you can enjoy the views the area and you can hear the waves of the nearby Atlantic Ocean.

Other things you need to know:
Smoking is not allowed inside, only on the balcony. Should you smoke inside, a fee of 200 Euro applies for cleaning the entire apartment.
We ask you to be environmental conscious and switch off all air conditioning units and other appliances when leaving the apartment, and not switch on the air conditioning with open windows/doors.
Check in from 2pm onwards. Check out latest 12 noon.
a late check out is possible, subject to availability at a 36 Euro charge
Any unusual breakages or damages, will be charged to you upon departure.
