The apartment is cleaned prior to arrival, other cleanings are not included. Should you require any cleaning during your stay, please contact reception.
Smoking is not allowed inside, only on the balcony. Should you smoke inside, a fee of 200 Euro applies for cleaning the entire apartment.

We ask you to be environmental conscious and switch off all air conditioning units and other appliances when leaving the apartment, and not switch on the air conditioning with open windows/doors.

Check in; after 2 pm Check out latest 12 noon.
A 34.50 Euro charge for late checkout applies (subject to availability)

 
Any unusual breakages or damages, will be charged to you upon departure
You will find an information folder in the apartment with more useful information and the do’s and don’ts of the complex.
