Middle floor apartment with extra large balcony overlooking the pool. Amenities include AC in the bedroom, ceiling fan in the living room, microwave, cooking hub, oven, washing machine and small fridge freezer. In the living room there is a TV and there is free Wifi in the apartment. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin. The master bedroom has a large double bed. The balcony can be accessed only from the living room.
The large communal pool with free pool beds is just a few steps away.
Smoking is not allowed inside, only on the balcony. Should you smoke inside, a fee of 200 Euro applies for cleaning the entire apartment.
We ask you to be environmental conscious and switch off all air conditioning units and other appliances when leaving the apartment, and not switch on the air conditioning with open windows/doors.
Check out is latest 12 noon. A late check out is subject to availability and a charge of 36 Euro
Any unusual breakages or damages, will be charged to you upon departure.
