The apartment is cleaned prior to arrival, and twice a week. Should you require any cleaning during your stay, please contact reception. Extra charges apply.
Smoking is not allowed inside, only on the terrace.
Should you smoke inside, a fee of 200 Euro applies for cleaning the entire apartment.

A 36 Euro charge for late checkout applies (subject to availability).
We ask you to be environmental conscious and switch off all air conditioning units and other appliances when leaving the apartment, and not switch on the air conditioning with open windows/doors.
Any unusual breakages or damages, will be charged to you upon departure.
