A nice and modern apartment on the middle floor with a large balcony with views of the adjacent International Conference Centre and the Atlantic Ocean (300 meters). The kitchen is among others equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, cooker and oven. Complimentary WiFi. The living room has a modern sofa and a smart TV with loads of international channels. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin with large mirror. The bedroom has a one double bed, vanity table and a large wardrobe. This apartment is ideal for business travellers (also long stay) or for those coming on holiday.
From the terrace, you have a nice view of the street. The communal pool is not far from this apartment.
The apartment is cleaned prior to arrival, and is cleaned twice a week. Should you require additional cleaning during your stay, please contact reception. Extra charges apply.
Smoking is not allowed inside, only on the balcony. Should you smoke inside, a fee of 200 Euro applies for cleaning the entire apartment.

A 36 Euro charge for late checkout applies (subject to availability).
We ask you to be environmental conscious and switch off all air conditioning units and other appliances when leaving the apartment, and not switch on the air conditioning with open windows/doors.
Any unusual breakages or damages, will be charged to you upon departure.
