This modern open plan studio on the middle floor with views on the pool offers great comfort. Through free WiFi you can keep connected and use the smart TV, other amenities include air-conditioning, an equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer, cooker and oven. A spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin with large mirror. There is one large double bed in this apartment with comfy pillows. From the balcony you can enjoy the views of the pool and take in the morning and early afternoon sun. Around the communal pool you will find pool beds for your use.
Other things you need to know:
Smoking is not allowed inside, only on the balcony. Should you smoke inside, a fee of 200 Euro applies for cleaning the entire apartment.
We ask you to be environmental conscious and switch off all air conditioning units and other appliances when leaving the apartment, and not switch on the air conditioning with open windows/doors.
A late check out is possible, subject to availability at 36 Euro
Any unusual breakages or damages, will be charged to you upon departure.
You will find an information folder in the apartment with more useful information and the do’s and don’ts of the complex.
