This well-appointed ground floor apartment is just a few steps away from the big communal pool. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has a modern vibe to it. The kitchen is among others equipped with a kettle, fridge/freezer, cooker and oven. Complimentary WiFi in combination with a smart TV keep you up to date. A spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin with large mirror. There is one large double bed in this apartment with comfy pillows. From the terrace, you are a few steps away from the communal pool area with free pool beds.
The apartment is cleaned prior to arrival, other cleanings are not included. Should you require any cleaning during your stay, please contact reception.
Smoking is not allowed inside, only on the balcony. Should you smoke inside, a fee of 200 Euro applies for cleaning the entire apartment.

A 36 Euro charge for late checkout applies (subject to availability)
We ask you to be environmental conscious and switch off all air conditioning units and other appliances when leaving the apartment, and not switch on the air conditioning with open windows/doors.
Any unusual breakages or damages, will be charged to you upon departure.
