Modern furnished apartment which can sleep up to 4 people. All rooms of the apartment are fully air conditioned and all have access to a balcony. The apartment is located on the middle floor and enjoys the late morning and afternoon sun AND has a prime pool view.  The master bedroom has a king size bed, the other bedroom a queen size bed. There is large wet room with walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet.

The apartment is connected to WiFi and has a large LG smart TV, so you don’t need to miss out on your favourite TV show or Netflix. The kitchen is fitted with among others a microwave, full fridge/freezer and a espresso machine, in addition to an LG washing machine.  

Around the communal pool you will find pool beds for your use.

This apartment can also be rented with the use of 1 bedroom only.

Other things you need to know :

Smoking is not allowed inside, only on the balcony. Should you smoke inside, a fee of 200 Euro applies for cleaning the entire apartment.

We ask you to be environmental conscious and switch off all air conditioning units and other appliances when leaving the apartment, and not switch on the air conditioning with open windows/doors.

Check in is possible from 2pm. Check out is latest 12 noon. 
A late check out is possible, subject to availability and a charge of from 36 Euro. 

Any unusual breakages or damages, will be charged to you upon departure.
