The single bedroom is not air conditioned. You can rent this apartment with use of 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms.

Other things you need to know:
Smoking is not allowed inside, only on the terrace. Should you smoke inside, a fee of 400 Euro applies for cleaning the entire apartment.
Extra cleanings and laundry can be arranged via the reception at a surcharge.
We ask you to be environmental conscious and switch off all air conditioning units and other appliances when leaving the apartment, and not switch on the air conditioning with open windows/doors
Check in is possible from 2pm onwards. Check out is latest 12noon.
A late check out is possible, subject to availability for 36 Euro.
Any unusual breakages or damages, will be charged to you upon departure
