Modern furnished apartment which can sleep up to 4 people. All rooms of the apartment are fully air conditioned and all have access to a balcony. The apartment is located on the middle floor and enjoys the late morning and afternoon sun AND has a prime pool view. Both bedrooms have a double bed and from all rooms there is access to a private balcony. There is large wet room with walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet.
The apartment is connected to WiFi and has a large smart TV, so you don’t need to miss out on your favourite TV show or Netflix. The kitchen is fitted with among others a microwave, full fridge/freezer in addition to an washing machine.
Around the communal pool you will find pool beds for your use.
This apartment can also be rented with the use of 1 bedroom.
Smoking is not allowed inside, only on the balcony. Should you smoke inside, a fee of 200 Euro applies for cleaning the entire apartment.
We ask you to be environmental conscious and switch off all air conditioning units and other appliances when leaving the apartment, and not switch on the air conditioning with open windows/doors.
Any unusual breakages or damages, will be charged to you upon departure.
Check in is possible from 2 pm onwards. Check out is by latest 12noon.
A late check out is possible, subject to availability and a charge of 36 Euro.
