Top floor apartment with two bedrooms overlooking the conference center and with a distant ocean view.
This apartment with a balcony enjoying the afternoon sun, is suitable for both short and long term stays and can sleep up to 4 people.
All rooms of the apartment are fully air conditioned and all have access to a balcony. The master bedroom has a large bed and ample storage space. The second bedroom has a double bed. There is large wet room with walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet.
The apartment is connected to WiFi and has a large smart TV, so you don’t need to miss out on your favourite TV show or Netflix. The kitchen is fitted with among others a microwave, full fridge/freezer, and a washing machine
Around the communal pool you will find pool beds for your use.
This apartment can also be rented as a 1 bedroom.
Smoking is not allowed inside, only on the balcony. Should you smoke inside, a fee of 200 Euro applies for cleaning the entire apartment.
We ask you to be environmental conscious and switch off all air conditioning units and other appliances when leaving the apartment, and not switch on the air conditioning with open windows/doors.
Any unusual breakages or damages, will be charged to you upon departure.
You will find an information folder in the apartment with more useful information and the do’s and don’ts of the complex.
