This cosy ground floor apartment with 2 bedrooms is fully air conditioned and from all rooms you have direct access to the patio and garden, where you can enjoy the afternoon sun.
The open plan living room has a kitchen with among others microwave, 2 ring cooking hub, oven and fridge/freezer. You will find a washing machine in the kitchen as well, which always comes in handy.
There is one bathroom with spacious walk in shower, toilet and wash basin.
Both bedrooms have a double bed. In the living area you will find a smart TV and there is complimentary WiFi.
The large communal pool with free pool beds is just a few steps away.
Smoking is not allowed inside, only on the balcony. Should you smoke inside, a fee of 200 Euro applies for cleaning the entire apartment.
We ask you to be environmental conscious and switch off all air conditioning units and other appliances when leaving the apartment, and not switch on the air conditioning with open windows/doors.
Any unusual breakages or damages, will be charged to you upon departure.
You will find an information folder in the apartment with more useful information and the do’s and don’ts of the complex.
