Forest View Apartments
Forest View is ideally located in the heart of Senegambia and within easy access to the main road (Bertil Harding Highway). Next to the newly constructed International Conference Center and within short walking distance of the sandy Kololi Beach. And the ‘Senegambia Strip’ with a multitude of restaurants, bars, shops and more.
The Complex
The construction of the Forest View complex commenced in 2018 and the apartments were completed in November 2019. All are built to modern standards and offer affordable comfort within one of the prime locations in The Gambia. The complex consist of 75 units, being 28 1-bedroom apartments, 46 2-bedroom apartments and 1 3-bedroom apartment.
All in One
The complex is in a U-shape with the main feature the courtyard with a big pool and sunbathing area. Many apartments have a view of the courtyard, whilst others offer a view of the International Conference Center, or a street view.
