The apartment is cleaned prior to arrival, and then cleaning every 3 nights. Should you require any extra cleaning during your stay, please contact reception. Smoking is not allowed inside, only on the terrace. Should you smoke inside, a fee of 300 Euro applies for cleaning the entire apartment. Check in; after 2 pm Check out latest 12 noon. Late check-out is possible at a charge and subject to availability Any unusual breakages or damages, will be charged to you upon departure
