Comfortable living in our 1 bedroom apartments with modern amenities like an open plan kitchen and a spacious bathroom.
From your balcony or terrace you have views over the courtyard or the garden and Kololi. All apartments are wired to provide you with high speed internet which also enables you to enjoy digital TV, Netflix etc (monthly charges apply).
The feature of the courtyard is the large pool, with a small separate children’s pool, surrounded by some sunbathing areas. In the lobby you will find the reception.
Things you need to know
Smoking is not allowed inside, only on the balcony. Should you smoke inside, a fee of 200 Euro applies for cleaning the entire apartment.
We ask you to be environmental conscious and switch off all air conditioning units and other appliances when leaving the apartment, and not switch on the air conditioning with open windows/doors.
Any unusual breakages or damages, will be charged to you upon departure.
No pets allowed in the apartment.
