Enjoy the afternoon sun and the views of the adjacent International Conference Center, the Kololi Beach resort and a distant ocean view.
This lovely apartment is located on top floor. Amenities include air-conditioning, an equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer, cooker and oven. A spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin with large mirror. For your convenience you will find a washing machine in the kitchen.
Each double bedded bedroom has access to a private balcony, with the master bedroom being en-suite.
The open plan living area is airy and comfortable, with access to the balcony through the large sliding doors. Smart TV and free Wi-Fi make your stay extra enjoyable.
Around the communal pool you will find pool beds for your use. The apartment can also be rented with use of 1 bedroom only.
The apartment is cleaned prior to arrival, other cleanings are not included. Should you require any cleaning during your stay, please contact reception.
Smoking is not allowed inside, only on the balcony. Should you smoke inside, a fee of 200 Euro applies for cleaning the entire apartment.
